Collection: Setaro Pasta, the excellence of artisanal pasta

Since 1939, Pastificio Setaro has embodied the tradition of Neapolitan pasta made as it should be. In Torre Annunziata, in a historic building made of volcanic stone, the Setaro family produces artisanal pasta using bronze dies and slow drying at low temperatures, ranging from 24 to 120 hours depending on the shape. The result is a rough, porous pasta, perfect for absorbing sauces and enhancing every recipe.

Only selected durum wheat semolina and pure water are used: this is how over 100 shapes, both classic and special, are created, beloved by those seeking taste, quality, and authenticity.
