Its characterization is never homogeneous because it is produced by the natural mixing of the collected nectar. It presents characteristics that are a pure expression of the territory. For this reason, depending on the area, it can present a completely different flavor and aroma, but also properties. The nutritional principles contained in wildflower honey are greater than those of other honeys, as they are rich in pollens from different origins.  Mini size format of the classics for tastings and culinary pairings.

It can be divided into two varieties, based on the production period:

clear multi-flower honey, produced in spring until the end of July: it is clearer and more transparent, with a more delicate, sweet, fruity and less intense flavour. Faster crystallization.
dark multi-flower honey, produced in late summer: dark or amber, it has a more decisive and intense flavor, with a more or less bitter aftertaste, given by the presence of honeydew or chestnut. Creamier consistency and slower crystallization.
