Since 1932, every Fraccaro panettone requires three full days of slow, entirely handmade work. It all begins with daily refreshed sourdough starter, kneaded by hand with premium flour, butter, fresh eggs, honey, sultanas, candied Diamante citron from Calabria, Sicilian oranges, and Madagascar vanilla.
